Mindfulness therapy sessions aid in unraveling thoughts and emotions, enhancing your grasp of life's complexities. It helps you to make better sense of your feelings and actions and guides you through a new way of thinking and responding, always returning you to present moment for perspective.
Mindfulness calms your mind and your thought processes to put you back in control.
Meetings can be ad-hoc, weekly or monthly. Empowering self-regulation and a better understanding of your emotions and responses. Practical and honest support.
